Can't find an answer anywhere or I'm blind

In recent months, I've purchased a new xbox. I've transferred all licenses of dlc to it. The issue I'm having is I have my profile and my son's on my new black xbox. It was the same on our old white one. Anytime I downloaded a game on the white one through
my account he was able to play too. I've since transferred these exact same games to the new xbox and he can no longer play them.

An example: The Walking Dead series, Season 2. I downloaded that to my white xbox and my son and I both played. Then I purchased my new one. I switched everything over to the new one (including saved games) and now my son can no longer play as new episodes
are released. It shows up as a demo on his profile.

Any answers/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

anyone know how to find the zombies dlc in the menus? I can't find it anywhere is there anything I can do to fix this or am I just blind?

 

Maybe check settings under parental controls?

 

Did you redownload everything after doing the license transfer?

 

Licenses are tied to GTs and consoles. Once you get a new console you can no longer play games on a secondary account.

 

@24hrs Once you do the license transfer you can use a secondary account to play the games(I've had a number of consoles done it before). But like Smwutches inferred you have to download the games AFTER doing the license transfer or the new license won't
take effect.

 

I think the best way is to queue up the down loads from your download history without deleting the content, I think this will just change over the license info without having to actually download the whole game again. Might be wrong it has been awhile since
I did this.

 

I had downloaded the games before I transferred the licenses. So I'll go back and re-download/queue them and go from there.
