    All accounts have Xbox live either Gold or what was used to be called Silver, but any account able to purchase digital games has Xbox live

    Because when I bought other games I didn't need to have Xbox live in order to install it.

    Go to settings and select Account.

    Select Download History.

    Browse your download history and find the item you want to download again.

    Select the item, and then select Download Again.
