Can't find acquired products in my Microsoft Store account

Hello,

I possess an Xbox One, along with multiple games, but I don't play on it anymore (unsubscribed from xbox live several years ago).

I noticed a long time ago there were some of my games I could install on my pc from the Microsoft store since they were cross-platform and I owned them.

Recently, I upgraded my computer with more storage capacity, so I had to uninstall everything, and now I want to reinstall the games I had, I noticed some of them are missing in my account library (they were before when I first installed them).

The games concerned are :

Cuphead (on the account - ok)

Voodoo Vince remastered (on the account - ok)

Ark Survival Evolved (on the account - ok)

Gears of War 4 (missing !)

State of Decay 2 (missing !)

Sea of Thieves (missing !)

and maybe more (unsure).

The thing is, I might have obtain State of Decay 2 and Sea of Thieves with "Games with gold" from the xbox live service, so it would make sense in that case, but not for Gears of War 4 since I bought the physical version and still have it !

Did anyone have faced a similar situation and managed to fix the issue please ?

I've tried from Minecraft website because Java Edition is not avaible on Microsoft Store.

Yes I can use credits on Microsoft Store, but can't find Minecraft Java Edition. I tought that Minecraft was a Microsoft's production, and that's why I sent a 25€ credit to my son on Microsoft account.

Is there a fix for this? Will Minecraft Java Editon be avaible on Microsoft Store?

I can't find the bill associated with the code, but there must be a sea of thieves account linked to my microsoft store, I have played at least 40 hours to this game with my microsoft account.

You can Download from the Microsoft store app on the laptop. If you can't find it in the store be sure you are using the correct account in the Microsoft Store App.

No sorry I mean that if I disable it, Microsoft Store would say if I download something: Acquiring license with the following error message that something happened on their end.

Not that I can't disable my FireWall or AntiVirus

Hi there!

It appears that the creators of that content no longer feature it on our store. Unfortunately, this would mean that unless you acquired it when it was released there would be no way to acquire it at this time.

If you believe your account did own it you can check your
Xbox 360 content and games when signed in.

Please let us know if you find that content on the site we linked and still can't download it!
