Can't find a way to open my NAT

same problem, can't find any ranked or exibition match, my NAT is open

Is the Genexis HRG1000 the only router in your setup, or do you also have a modem/gateway attached to it ?

If you have a gateway/modem attached to it aswell you'll need to portforward on that device and put your Xbox IP in DMZ mode on your Genexis router. This is required because a lot of routers don't support double NAT.

To open ports on the Genexis HRG1000 you will first need a static IP on your Xbox One.

1. On your Xbox while on the home menu press the menu button and select
   Settings
2. From there you select Network
   
   You might want to write down the information on the right side;Subnet mask, Gateway
   
3. You then select Advanced settings This will allow you to configure your IP
   
4. You select manual DHCP selection and you will be prompted to enter an IP
   
   Try to make the IP in between 192.168.*.150 and 192.168.*.200
   
   The " * " stands for the subnet which you can copy from your gateway as this can differ for some people gateway usually looks like 192.168.0.1 so just copy the 0 in this case
   
   
5. After that you will be asked for the Subnet Mask which you just copy from what your wrote down
   
   
6. You also just copy the gateway from what you wrote down

After you have done that you made sure that your Xbox keeps that IP and that the DHCP (something which automatically assigns an available IP to your device) does not change it.

Then log into your router and click on the Network tab and select
Port Forward. There you can click Add new role, enter your Xbox IP and the port ranges or you can make a new role for every port associated with that IP, whichever you feel most comfortable with.

• Port 88 (UDP)
• Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
• Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
• Port 80 (TCP)
• Port 500 (UDP)
• Port 3544 (UDP)
• Port 4500 (UDP)

(if you have UPnP enabled you might need to disable it as it can give issues on some routers)

Now Powercycle your Xbox One and you should be set

Hey go on your router settings and manually open your nat and see if that helps. The power cycling that the guy above mentioned doesnt help permanently, if at all. The best way is to find out how to open the nat on your router and open the NAT

My NAT is open... How are you so sure that's the problem? Cause if the NAT is open that can't the problem.
