    Can't find a Teredo IP adress...


    Hello there everyone,

    So i'm getting the error of "Can't find a Teredo IP adress" and believe me i tried everything to work it out, but nothing worked..

    My firewall is disable, and i turn UPnP on.

    I opened all the ports that was needed to be open,

    I've tried the option of using the RB,RT,LB,LT option but still getting a strict NAT and the same error message.

    When i'm getting the detailed network stattistic, it give me the status code of 0x40000000000, and from what i check this code is for a Cone NAT but my NAT information says that "it's behined a firewall (or not connected)"

    and i don't know what else to do...

    Maybe someone can help me out?

    Can't find teredo IP adress

    Hi. I got the problem that I can't hear my friends in xbox live parties. My NAT type is: not available. If I do a Multiplayer test, my xbox says can't find teredo IP adress. I tried everything, I changed the IP adress to manual, I opened the Upnp function
    in my router (fritzbox 7412), I tried exposed host, nothing happens. Could someone please help me? Can't find a Teredo IP adress... :( The error code is 0x89231806...

    I just ran a test with dmz set on my laptop's ip, and all xbox-related and teredo/ipsec related ports were open. and when i put the dmz on the xbox one's ip, still gives me the stupid cant find an teredo ip adress.... this is just beyond frustrating.

    Can you share the make and model of your Gateway? If it was provided to you by your internet provider, they may be able to best help with setting up bridge mode as well :)

    You will need to configure the settings in your modem/router/gateway to most likely do either of these things:

    • Enable Teredo/IPv6 Tunneling
    • Enable UPnP
    • Set a static IP for your Xbox's MAC address, and
      port forward       to it.

    Look through your network hardware's documentation for instructions on how to access the settings. If your hardware was issued by your ISP, contact your ISP for instructions on how to access the settings.

    Contact Xbox Support (phone or chat) if you need more guidance.

    NAT is all messed up...

    If having a problem with obtaining an Teredo IP adress you maqy plqease call your provider to ask, if they maybe block the teredo protocol, as the dlink routers are not blocking it.
