Can't find a Teredo IP addres

Discus and support Can't find a Teredo IP addres in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; my console is connected to the Internet but I can't connect to any game servers.     Can't find a Teredo IP addres


    my console is connected to the Internet but I can't connect to any game servers. I have done all of the steps listed to try and resolve this problem but nothing is working.

    Can't find Teredo IP address

    This week suddenly could not join multiplayer game. Checked connection and received "Can't find Teredo IP address" curious how this can just happen overnight. Have same ISP and they have changed nothing that I can see on the network. Contacting to them be
    sure, but seems odd My Xbox One all of the sudden has a NAT issue.

    I was playing fine then I switche parties and bam, Network settings are blocking party chat. i check it out and it says that they "cant find a teredo ip address". unplugging everything didnt help but then the next step is to make sure UDP port 3544 isnt
    blocked. Well, I have no clue what that is so i skipped it. Then i did all this other stuff having to do with IP addresses and it turned out i think i have to call my service provider. They first said that if I didnt change anything than nothing should have
    happened. i said ok and eneded the call. It probably does have soemthing to do with my ISP (charter) but i would prefer not to have to call them unless it comes to that. Anyone have any idea how to fix this. I will answer any questions you need.

    Can't find a Teredo IP addres

    Check your modem/router/gateway's IPV6 settings, and enable a setting that allows "Teredo tunneling".

    Consult your network hardware documentation on how to access those settings.

    So I did find the ipV6 section in the router config, I did enable it, restarted my router, then I did boot my xbo and still showing up as strict today. I did change my router IP V4 static ip to dynamic, it did not help either, I flipped it back to static,
    and no change, shows as strict... :( I can't find the tunneling option in my router config for the teredo.

    When xbox live started having alot of issues about 2 weeks ago (around the dates of this thread!) I started having same issue. Did EVERYTHING the guide said. Nothing worked. I was very frustrated. As a last resort I did a factory reset which I hated because
    I lost alot of data but it worked immediately. Problem solved. Don't know what it was and am having to redownload everything. But at least I can online and play multiplayer again. More problems with the One in the 6 months I have had it then the years I had
    360. Disappointing.
