Can't find a game in download history.

Discus and support Can't find a game in download history. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I'm having the same issue with a game.     Can't find a game in download history.


    I'm having the same issue with a game. If there is a way to do it without calling Microsoft I'll be glad to hear it.

    You should be able to find it on your download history, i can't remember how to access download history on my xbox but i think you press the guide button and then go to account setting and find download history. If you can't find your download history on
    the xbox you can view it here, you just add the map pack to your download queue and it should auto download when you connect to xbox live next time: Sign in to your Microsoft account

    The game has been removed from the store by the developer, it is no longer possible to buy the game. If you purchased the game, you can download it again from your download history. If you can't find the game in your download history, I recommend checking your account purchase history to find the account you used to purchase the game.

    Game not wanting to download content.

    You may need to download the games from within the trilogy app. See if there's a way to open it up. If it was never downloaded and you can't find it on your hard drive then go to the download history of the account that made the purchase to redownload.

    You can access your purchase history on the dashboard by going to System>Accounts>Download History.

    Even if it didn't complete it should still show up in the download history. Read this to make sure you're accessing the download history correctly -

    support.xbox.com/.../download-content-history

    If you still can't find it, call support.
