    Hi

    Please look at your receipt and the receipt with the code on chances are there will be a web site listed there that you enter this code into to get the 25 digit code to enter into Xbox.

    So i bought a 15$ 25$ for my xbox at the store they said the code was on the receipt but theres only 16 digits for the codes

    Please look at your receipt and the receipt with the code on chances are there will be a web site listed there that you enter this code into to get the 25 digit code to enter into Xbox.

    Checked all the packaging many times, the only paper included was the product guide and receipt.
    Did you check to see if there's a 25 digit code on the receipt?

    Unfortunately there's nothing anyone here can do.

    You would need to go back to the store with the receipt & ask for the 25 digit codes.

    Codes are almost always 25 digits. Did you get the code on a receipt or a card?

    Either way, you'll probably want to take it back to the retailer and have them replace it.

    No it's not in my purchase history it was a Fastcard purchased from Walmart that comes with a one-time use only 25 digit code printed on your receipt that you redeem online at microsoft.com/redeem I still have the card and receipt
