    I clicked and agreed and got 100% on my test and now I can't even file the review for my account I was hoping this could be fixed as the suspension is messing up my Xbox and my online/offline games I can't even use my mods on Skyrim

    i've got banned unfairly

    You can file for a case review on a permanent ban.

    It's console bans or 24 hour suspensions that you can't file for a case review.

    It doesn't matter how a situation starts. If you respond in a way that violates the code of conduct, which profanity does, you can be punished. In situations like that, it's best to just report them and block communications with them instead of responding.

    How long is the sanction for? If it is for under 24hrs I believe it cannot be reviewed which might explain the absence of said icon.

    Hi Deidra,

    It is possible you have a console ban. Sometimes these don't show up for a case review. To find out what suspension you have, you can request a call from support. Important note, support will only be able to tell you type of ban. They can't do anything about
    the ban only enforcement can do this.

    When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
