Can't file a case review for child : response from enforcement team

I would like to know why I have gotten two suspensions for communications. The first suspension I can understand. This suspension was supposed to end today, but I supposedly have a second one. I checked and this suspension was added two days after my communications
suspension. The suspension is for harassment and threats. How can I harass and threaten someone when I am on a communication ban? I will admit that I am a rage gamer at moments, but I didn't harass anyone in any way two days after my ban. I couldn't talk to
anyone or type to anyone. My account is also a child account so I couldn't report a case review. I have learned my lesson from this ban, but I cannot understand why I an still banned for something that I had no control of. I believe that there were toxic accounts
that reported me because they were angry at me. I couldn't harass anyone two days after I couldn't type. I would just like this to resolved because I am very stressed about this situation. Thank you.

You can view your ban by logging into enforcement.xbox.com and file a case review if eligible. If he has a child account you will need to log into the parent account to view the ban and file the case review. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

If you want to contact the Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement Team you can file a Case Review

- You can't file a Case Review if the suspension is less than 24 hours or you failed the questionnaire.

- Note: Currently, Xbox device bans are not eligible for Case Review.

This is how the reporting system works and how you can be suspended while currently serving a suspension.

1. Report A comes in to the enforcement team they investigate it (can take up to 2 weeks to investigate depending on how many reports they get) and give you a 7 day suspension from the date they finish their investigation for Report A.

2. Report B comes in for a different rule infraction during the 2 week period that they are investigating report A and they investigate that infraction and deem that there was a rule infraction so they put another suspension on the account for that infraction
that happened to start 2 days after your Report As suspension started.

See this all happens because it takes time from the date a report is made for the enforcement team to investigate the report to make sure there was a rules violation.

Why your account was specifically suspended i do not know.

Why you got another suspension while currently on a suspension.

basically in a nutshell what i was trying to say in my explanation is that suspensions are not an immediate thing when a report is made it takes time for the enforcement team to investigate the report so say you got reported today and it takes the enforcement
team 5 days to investigate and put a suspension on your account if there was a rules violation. well and say in 2 days there is another report made for a different rule violation and it takes them 5 days to investigate that one. At the end of the first investigation
they would suspend your account for the first violation. then at the end of the second investigation they would put a second suspension on the account for the second violation. which would make it look like you got suspended again while you were already suspended
but in reality it takes time for the enforcement team to investigate each report.

There's no time limit on when you can get suspended for a offence,your 2nd suspension could of been for something you did several weeks ago or longer,before your first suspension was even issued.

Chances are that while investigating your first suspension they found another violation you had committed previously & added an extension to your suspension for that.

As the enforcement team do not use the forums you can go to the enforcement site
here for more info & to file for a case review if eligible.

You wont get a response from the enforcement team as they don't use the forums.

No point phoning support either as it's nothing whatsoever to do with them so they can't help.
