    Can't Even Purchase....


    I can't even purchase Backwards Compatible 360 games. I can purchase the add ons, I tried just to see if it was my card and it's not. I can also purchase Xbox One games just fine, but I just keep getting "Sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed at this
    time. Please try again." every single time I try and I've tried with 3 different games.

    I just want to experience Fable III again...

    So what's the problem here? Is it just something very obvious I am missing? I've tried through the website and on my xbox one - neither works.

    I can't connect to xbox live even though I recently got a yearly subscription, account . I can't even purchase a new subscription.

    Hi. The easiest way around it is to go to Xbox store website on your PC or laptop and login and make a purchase from the 360 game from there. Once bought, a message will appear that says thatvyou own the game. Now go to your Xbox one console and you will
    find your game waiting for you to download there in the my games and apps tab. Once you have done that you will be able to buy other 360 games directly from the console.

    I have tried this with the Medal Of Honor: Airborne game when it became Free for Gold for October 2017, and I cannot purchase it, with the same error codes coming up on both the Xbox One Console and the Xbox.com store. It does allow me to purchase the demo,
    however. Could it be because the game is not available in my region? (I am currently in Okinawa with an Xbox One purchased from the US)

    Onyx, the Russian version is available to purchase and even marked as purchased.

    Ngocphi, yep, thats it. So what can I do? I even can't buy it again, 'cause it marked as purchased.
