can't even go into the home page

hi

i have about one month didn't play on my xbox, but ytd when i try to play it, i can't go into the home page

, what i see is just the logo and loading, about 2 hours, anythings happen?

Glitch

the Xbox when powered up , it goes to the store page. But I can't get out of it. Even if I click on other apps like YouTube, it goes directly back to the store page. It does let me go on friends or home.

xbox one freezing/stuck on home screen

can't get out of the "corrupt" notification page. Won't go back to home screen. Help!

Hey there. You can sometimes fix this by holding the Xbox logo on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down, and then unplugging the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes before trying again. Let it sit on the green screen
for up to 15 minutes, and see if it boots.

If that doesn't work, you will most likely have to use the Offliine System Update Diagnostic Tool to reapply your last update. If this happened after a recent update, you may be able to use the OSUDT2 file, but you may also have to use Restore Default Settings.
This option will cause you to have to reinstall all games and apps stored on your internal hard drive because it is a factory reset. All of the instructions and files can be found here:

If you go to forzamotorsport.net and look in the news section you should see it there. You may have to scroll back a page or so to find it now. I would give you a link but I can't get to the page while I'm at work. If you haven’t found it by the time I get
