Discus and support Can't Even Access Website. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; So, a friend of mine can't even get on the website to report she's got a problem that keeps her from logging onto XBox One.     Can't Even Access Website.


    So, a friend of mine can't even get on the website to report she's got a problem that keeps her from logging onto XBox One. Anyone else getting this?

    How Much Would You Pay To Use The Forums?

    Their website has even bigger problems.

    I bought the game on Amazon. I can't access any of the secure areas of their website without disabling my router firewall which includes the "create account" area. Can't create an account, can't enter key, can't play game. Out 60 bucks.

    Hmm, I wonder if this is also my problem. Attempted to play Skyrim on my XBOX One and get an error of 0x87e107e4. I go to xobox.com/errorhelp as instructed and it says there's no such code. I remove and reload the disc and it says it can't sign in.

    I think I experienced something similar on my 360 a while back. I hope it gets resolved.

    Anything to I click on the Xbox Error Codes forum link and nothing happens?

    Yup, same here. Just took 26 hours to download all my games and I can't play any of them. I keep getting an error code but when I enter it in I'm told they don't know what the code is for.
