Can't enter the activation code for Retail to Dev XB1 conversion

Hello,

I have a Microsoft developer account and I'm following the guide to convert a retail Xbox one to a dev kit: Xbox One Developer Mode activation - UWP app developer

However, set 8. doesn't work as intended: when I get an activation code and after I logged in on Sign in to your account, I do not get a popup to input the code,
as shown on the screenshots of the guide:

What am I missing? Am I supposed to go somewhere or simply go to the link (Sign in to your account)? Note: it redirects me to Sign in to your account).

Problem setting Xbox One for Dev Mode

I'm trying to setup an XB1 for dev mode. I installed the Dev Mode app on the XB1 and generate a activation code. But when I go to

developer.microsoft.com/en-us/XboxDevi… and click the Enter Activation Code button nothing happens.

Can't disable Xbox Preview

I have reset the console again and created a new account and yet the Dev Mode Activation App still tells me I can't be in two previews.

Windows Developer Support. We are unable to assist with any Developer-related issues, and they should be able to assist further.

Hi Kyle, thanks for the reply. It takes me into the activate console section and tells me to head to https://aka.ms/activatebox and enter a code. When I do this there is no option to enter the code. It signs me in and says there is no console registered for dev mode

AA and AO i believe are put into games by the devs the bf4 video we all saw the xb1 version didnt have AA or AO but DICE comfimred the retail version wil have

Error code 801613FB is preceded by the following message:

Can't retrieve information from Xbox Live.

If you get this message and error code, it means the card with the prepaid code might need to be activated by the retailer where you bought it.

Solution 1: Wait 24 hours and if it’s still not working, take the card back to the retailer

Some prepaid cards must be activated by a retailer. Activation can take up to 24 hours. If the card does not work 24 hours after purchase, take the card back to the retailer and ask them to activate it.

Hi there

If the code isn't active it might be best taking it back to the retailer and stating the code isn't activated at all. It needs to be activated at by the retailer before it can be used.
