    Can't enter some configurations in Setings.


    When i try to enter video and audio in settings or TV devices it sends me right back to my home screen. This happend to my friend and i. Anyone else can confirm this?

    I can't enter to "My Park" Can't enter some configurations in Setings. :(

    When I try to enter to "My Park", an Xbox message appears saying "To do this, change the configuration. You can't share content of Kinect because of your account configuration. You can change this on the configuration of privacy and security online on Xbox.com"

    I tried several times but it doesnt work, what do I do? :,(

    Atmos in Netflix no longer works???

    you call netflix or go to netflix setings to check the audio setings of the app

    Also my xbox won't turn off my TV aswell after this update.

    Hey there Visual Sifu!

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue you've been experiencing when trying to configure your video and audio settings. If you haven't already, I suggest giving these troubleshooting steps a shot:

    1. Power cycle your Xbox One console.
    2. Once the console is off completely, unplug your power supply from the wall/console and unplug your HDMI cable from your console/TV.
    3. Leave everything unplugged for a few minutes.
    4. Plug your console and cords back in and turn it on.
    5. Try configuring the settings again.
    If these steps don't do the trick, please post back and let us know!

    system setings-

    network setings-

    select the network that has a check in it-

    go to configure network-

    go to the right and select restore to factory-

    run the XBL test and reply if that dont work-

    can't find the seting in ether off those links. The first one takes med to microsofrs privacy setings but i can't find any thing other then delet difrent kind off data. And the orher just redurects to https://beta.support.xbox.com/.
