    Can't enter my full postcode


    I live in the UK, all my info on my account says i live in the UK. But when I try to enter my postcode for my billing info it won't let me enter the whole code. If anyone know why, please helpe

    Been trying to enter our postcode which is 4703 and it’s saying incorrectly formatted postcode. What do I do?

    I was recently trying to buy some stuff in Destiny on my Xbox One, after selecting payment options I got to the part where you have to enter your postcode, but it says "Incorrectly formatted postcode" (without an error code) when I enter my postcode. I know
    the postcode entered is correct, It works whenever I purchase anything anywhere else, and I live in Australia so I know Xbox Live is supported here. This is also the second time this has happened. Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

    Did you enter your country information before the postcode information?

    Are there spaces? Try with/without

    shopto.net, never had a problem except when i entered an incorrect postcode (which was obvs my fault) had a dodgy code once but they sorted it within 30 minutes.

    One guide UK

    Even when the guide is enabled, you will not see any difference until you go into the Oneguide settings and enter your postcode in and choose your region/TV provider.

    OK, for the life of me, there is no postcode setup. Reset the one guide and tv tuner, all it asks for is my provider, which I select "Freeview - Brisbane" Sent you a PM with my postcode.
