    Cant enter in settings


    Hello,sorry ,my english is poor. Yesterday i play and joypad disconnect, my joypad is connected with cable and i have a little damage port in joypad,in this situation i think this is port malfunction but no! Disconnect 3 times and 4 time logo button on joypad
    has blinking and i must reset console. After reset i cant enter in console settings,i hearing clicking on menu on settings but i cant enter. Hard reset and nothing i disconnect console from electricity and now disconnect and nothing,cant enter in settings
    Cant enter in settings :(

    Whenever i press network settings, it will not show the window to change the network or test NAT type Currently needing support or anything i can do to fix it? Help will be appreciated

    Problem sigining in on dashboard

    I have the same issue, cant access home menu/return to dashboard after entering a game, unable to access console settings etc.

    screen just dims when using the home button.
