    Hi!

    I live in Canada and my microsoft account is set to Canada, but when I try to enter my billing adress on Xbox One, I can't tell it I'm not in US!

    So I can't enter the correct state/province and can't enter the correct postal code !

    Hi AmissTulip. Your Rewards locale and your Xbox Live locale does not match and this is causing deposits to fail. Your Rewards locale is GBR, and your Xbox Live locale is not. To change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale, you'll need to
    opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do so, reach out to us again and we'll recover your pending Credits.

    Is your region on the Xbox set to Canada? It cannot be set to United States if you want to enter a Canadian address.

    Alternatively, log in at https://account.live.com and enter your billing information there. When you log into your Xbox One, the information should be reflected there too.

    My informations are all correct and set to Canada in account.live.com . This includes billing adress and payment option. When I go to my Xbox, none of these informations appear.

    Is it possible that the Xbox part of my account is set to united states while the rest is in Canada ?

    I use the same email adress on both...

    Well, anyway, how do I change my country in Xbox knowing that my informations are correct when I go to my microsoft account on a computer ?!

    Go to Settings/System/Language & Location and the Location part should be set to Canada.

    Make sure that is the case. If not, change it and hit Restart Now and then hopefully it will start working as it should Can't enter correct Billing Informations! (so I can't buy stuff...) :)

    You would have to contact Rooster for issues with their card

    No one here has any ability to look at your account or look at anything to do with money
