Discus and support Can't enter codes for money... in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I've been attempting to enter two codes to get £20 on the Store but every time I click the Redeem A Code button it loads for about 30 seconds before...     Can't enter codes for money...


    I've been attempting to enter two codes to get £20 on the Store but every time I click the Redeem A Code button it loads for about 30 seconds before eventually saying

    'Try that again

    Something happened at our end. Waiting a bit might help.'

    And then it gives me this error code: LzZcjb8EUUa9hFo6.80

    I've tried searching for it in the error codes search but I got nothing of use!! Need help asap!

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    "Please try to solve the problem by doing the following procedures:

    1. With the Xbox on, press the power button on the front of the console for 10 seconds until it turns off completely.

    2. Unplug the power cord from the console and wait 30 seconds.

    3. Reconnect the power cable to your console and turn it on normally.

    4. Check if the problem persists, if so, please reset your console to its factory settings keeping your games and applications as follows:

    Go to Settings > System > Console Info > Reset Console > Reset and keep games and apps.

    This way your console will be reconfigured and you will have to add your account again. No game or application will be deleted, nor will you lose the progress of any game since these are saved in the Xbox Cloud.

    5. Check if the problem persists."
