cant enable mods on PC

i have downloaded games such as State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition and Halo: The Master Chief Collection through the xbox app on my PC, i can play the games perfectly okay with no issue however it will not allow me to enable mods for any game i own. I have checked the games and they say they all support mods, and i have even looked at the steps on xbox's support page and followed the steps but the enable button is always blacked out not allowing me to turn it on. Has anyone else had this happen to them, and if so can anyone help me fix this so i can enable mods.

I've found a workaround where the I've located the mods folder by seeing the address in the mods option of the game (Starbound) and pasted the mod directly there. It worked.

To see if the game supports mods, launch the Xbox app on your Windows 10 device, go to the game’s details page, then look for This game supports mods.

Hello EmreOzer, unfortunately on the Xbox platform mods are allowed only on PC, and not all game has this option, it comes in the description of the game.
