Can't enable mods for Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate Edition on Game Pass PC

Most players have the option to enable modding via the three dots icon on a game's page on Game Pass PC. For whatever reason, that option just isn't there for me, just "manage" and "uninstall game".

I have tried logging in and out again, and resetting my PC.

I believe this is related to another problem with my account - for PC only, it's treated like a child account. Despite my date of birth listing as 1999, I frequently am unable to download adult games. I had to do a workaround to install New Vegas in the first place.

Could I get some advice on this, and perhaps have my account correctly list as an adult as it does on my Xbox Series S?

Its obvious, make a new account download the most expensive game then purchase the game your talking about

Exactly. Not the regular version....ULTIMATE. Not playing the ULTIMATE edition is like saying NO to fun.

I'm gonna go for the Ultimate Edition. Just noticed on ebgames.ca that its $10 cheaper for the PC version. I was planning on getting it for my 360 but might go for the PC version.

Fallout: New Vegas on the PC. With all the mods it wouldn't become boring for a while.

Try installing the game from the DLC disc instead of the Game disc. If I remember correctly, that was the way to get the DLC for the Game of the Year edition of Fallout 3 and the Ultimate Edition of Fallout New Vegas. You will need to uninstall the games first.
