Can't eject disc from console!!

I haven't heard of console replacement myself, however, if you can't eject your disc, there is a manual eject on the side of the console. You will need a paper clip, and can find the steps here:

Thank you for reaching out to us on the Forums. You should be able to manually eject the disc if it is in the consoles disc bay. Go ahead and follow the steps on the following support article to eject the disc.

If no disc comes out then it is either not being done correctly or there is no disc in the console.

You can manually eject a disc by using this method from Microsoft
http://support.xbox.com/en-nz/xbox-one/console/manually-eject-disc. I have also heard that completely turning off your console and disconnecting it from the power supply for a couple of hours, then connecting things back up can get the eject button working
again but it isn't something that I have needed to try and so can't confirm that it works.

If that doesn't work then I'm afraid that sending it off for repair is your only option, though that risks you not getting your game back with the fixed console.
