    Can't edit bio


    When I go on to my account, the bio button is not present and whenever I try to change it via Xbox.com, I get the following.

    It appears you've found a glitch in the system.

    I've tried deleting and re-downloading my account but the problem persists. Please help. Can't edit bio :(

    Not able to edit bio?

    Ive been wanting to edit my bio but I can't. Edit Bio, name and location isn't even

    displayed when I'm in edit profile. I saw a thread about this problem from September.

    Why hasn't it been fixed yet? Can't edit bio :p

    live.xbox.com/.../GamerProfile is where you go to update you Bio on the website for right now. I do not know when they will update it so you can update it on the console yet.

    Still nothing. It also signs me out of the website when I try to save it. Seems everything but the bio updates and the bio can't be seen on my profile.

    These error codes seem to change quite often too. Weird..

    Can't edit bio

    Claire,

    As Trippie posted use this link live.xbox.com/.../GamerProfile . When they updated the profile system on the website for some reason the profile button doesn't work or show up.
    So use the link as a work around

    i want to get rid of the auto renewal for my account and i get the same error as you guys everytime i click my account and i cant get onto it!! Any ideas??

    To add to this with a ban in the bio section they will take away your ability to edit and have a bio.

    My apologies for the late reply, I had to bring this up with our internal support team and they only got back to me today. So, they a few things for you to try:

    1) Have attempted to change the again today and see if it works?

    2) Did you check the privacy settings using the http://account.xbox.com/settings link? Photo below for reference.

    3) If the issue is still not resolved after that, you have to try the suggestions from our Change the personal details on your Microsoft account guide.
