can't earn gold in multiplayer and my dlc isn't working

Discus and support can't earn gold in multiplayer and my dlc isn't working in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when i install certain skins the other one gets deleted automatically and vice versa also when i play multiplayer matches i am not eaning any gold and...     can't earn gold in multiplayer and my dlc isn't working


    when i install certain skins the other one gets deleted automatically and vice versa also when i play multiplayer matches i am not eaning any gold and my partners have the same problem it says xbox stoe unavailable we can't add your gold etc....

    why isn't microsoft looking into this problem cos i am not the only one with this problem!

    i own the game both original on disc and now through xbox live games for gold i have it digitally.

    i also own the season pass and all dlc but i can't get my praetorian skin and damocles skin it says unavailble

    what is wrong with the game microsoft?

    could you pls try and fix these problems cos the game was imo one off the best games whe the xbox one first came out.

    it used to work so i don't know what has changed i have played this game for manny months when it first came out no problems whatsoever but now when it turns game for gold it is broken why?

    My Gold Isn't working

    So i just bought the xbox gold $1 deal because it was a black friday deal.

    Then i went to play an online fifa 18 game. It said i did not have gold an that i need to buy it to play despite the fact i just bought it.

    I have reset my xbox multiple times to see if it will refresh but not luck.

    Please help

    Well, isn't the free trial for Live Gold?

    I can't play online multiplayer, and on the dashboard's homepage I see the large "Try Gold" advertisement.

    I have an adult Microsoft account and have allowed multiplayer in my settings but still cannot play multiplayer on Minecraft, what’s the deal with this?

    Yes, you need Gold or Game Pass Ultimate (which includes Gold) in order to be able to play it online.
    I have gold and still can't play multiplayer. Gives me the ''you cant play multiplayer games because of how your account is set up''.

    I've tried things to do with my firewall, my account isn't a child one, following different guides online etc.. Been trying to fix this for two days now and i can't get it to work. It's not just on minecraft either, i have the same error when trying to play any multiplayer game
