    cant download


    I cannot download some games from xbox gold. Keep getting "account unable to make this type of purchase on xbox.com. please complete from your xbox."

    I'm on my xbox, not xbox,com and I have an active gold accout. Any suggestions?

    Are these the 360 games, the One games, or all of them?

    If it's the 360 games and you're on a child account, you'll have to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card or Paypal on file in order to make the purchase.

    Ok basically i cant download it on someones xbox i cant on mine what i do is i go to log in download profile type in my adress email and then my password it downloads like 15-20% and then stops with the error message "xbox cant download profiles right now"
