Can't download?!?

    It refuses to let me download this month's free game (tomb raider) I've tried and tried the past 3 days and still "can't download tomb raider" I have plenty of gb on my hard drive, xbox live weirdin out or what? HELP! I REALLY WANT THIS DOWNLOAD!

    well I downloaded it but they billed me the game 24 bucks so free??? I don't know where...

    There does seem to be a problem with downloading it; I'm on my second attempt. However, it is a popular game so the answer might be to offer a discount of it in the store if a lot of people are getting "can't download" errors.

    I had the same problem the first few times. Eventually, after I completely deleted the failed download AND cleared the system cache, it worked.

    Having the same issue. I just cleared my cache and trying it again. I usually have no issues downloading the GWG but for some reason lately its been an issue. I had the same problem with Sniper Elite (another GWG). I could not download it no matter how
    many times I tried. Its been only happening with GWG. I downloaded/bought a game a few days ago and it downloaded with no problems.

    I thought it was just me! I seem to be getting the new game no problem at the minute, 60% complete with no issues!

    I was finally able to download Tomb Raider. It kept stopping saying it could not download so I had to keep clearing my cache and then retry downloading again. Luckily it continued where it left off and eventually fully downloaded. No surprise I am having
    to do the same thing with Bioshock Infinite. Looks like this will be a continuing issue for me with GWG being this is the 3rd game in a row I am having issues with downloading. I am able to download the free GWG on the XBOne with no issues. Has to be something
    going on with Live and 360.

    For those having trouble (when it says it can't download/stops downloading) go into your storage and clear cache and then download the game again and it should continue where it left off and eventually download the game fully.

    Not only did i have to clear the cache but i had to delete the partial download from my storage (it's picture was a big yellow (!) ) I'm on 12% now and working ok

    That could vary greatly. If you check your storage settings, it'll show you how much storage you have left. Consoles have come with everything from no hard drive, to 320gb hard drives. So if you have a small one, you can get a larger one to replace it (there's
    now a 500gb available for the 360).

    You would need either a 360 hard drive or you can use an external USB storage device.
