"Can't download..."

I have been getting the error that I "Can't download..." certain games from the marketplace. I have received this error three different times and I've been receiving refunds for them. I don't want refunds, I want the game so how can I fix this?

I definitely have enough space.

I have purchased them and it shows that I have.

I am able to restart the download.

Did you recently move between countries like us or uk to canada?

If so that would be why as they all are region locked content

it may work with region migration tool if from us

Could be a roll back issue with you bank. I'd contact them first to see if the refunds are from Microsoft or them. If they are form Microsoft then call support as there could some kind of risk block on Xbox's end on your account. But either way your better
of talking to official support as they have the tools to look into your billing account and give you definite answers. All we could do is come up with possible solutions and reasons why it's happening but for the best answers support will be you best idea.

 

I'm thinking there's something being missed. The funds have all been settled in my bank account and Microsoft. I have contacted them a few times on this issue. When they look in billing it is all clear and the same is true on my end. I was just looking to
see if anyone knew a possible solution based on the console itself.
