    Cant download


    I have previously purchased Bioshock on the xbox store. I deleted it for a while and now i want it back. I tried to download again and it worked for a while but then it says "cant download Bioshock" There is not error code and i dont know how to fix it.
    I did get it 39% of the way downloaded, but now it wont go at all.

    Hey Derpy the Dino!

    Sorry to hear about the download issues. Let's see what we can do to help get Bioshock downloaded.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Clear your Xbox 360 system cache 3 times.
    • Press the power button on your Xbox 360 console.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console.
    • Go to Settings, then select Account.
    • Select Download History.
    • Select the content that you are having download problems with, and then select download again.

    Go ahead and give the suggested steps a try and let us know how it goes. I also recommend checking out our Download Problems on
    Xbox 360     page for some helpful suggestions.
