Can't download xcom through Xbox live gold

When I click on xcom it has a go to game hub button instead of the usual download icon and when I click on it it gives 3 options: Follow Launch game Go to store Options 2 and 3 return toy to the previous screen which again only says go to game hub How
do I download my free xcom game?

Game pass : Xcom enemy within - need xbox live to play ?

i just try the game pass on xbox one...

i download - xcom enemy within

but when i try to play it ask to "download profile" (xbox live gold i think cause im already log with my "gametag account")

so we need to pay for xbox gold live and game pass even to play solo on xcom ? i dont understand...

No luck for me whatsoever changed the reigion tried on pc and all, any other ideas hahaha?

 

Have you tried downloading the game via the Xbox.com website instead ?
www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold

 

I also have this problem and i cant seem to be able to play it even after i went to the xbox website.

 

Yes, i have the same issue. I also tried "purchasing" it via the xbox site, where i even received a confirmation that now i own this and it will be downloaded blahblah - to no avail, nothing installed.

Not all Xbox 360 games are able to be purchased on the Xbox One console. In this particular case you would need to purchase the game on an Xbox 360 console or on Xbox.com. Once you purchase the game on the website as FearedNightmare suggested, you'll be
able to download the game from the Ready to Install section on the Xbox One console.

 

Try downloading XCOM on the Xbox 360 if you have one. After downloading the game on the Xbox 360 go back to the Xbox One and check your Ready to Install section by going to My games & apps then scrolling right and the game should be there waiting for you.

 

Downloaded on 360 but still cant download to xone it not showing in library and also tried using web pls help until it will be too late
