Can't Download Xbox360 Profile on Series S Backwards Compatibility

Hi, I just bought a series s today and i am trying to use xbox 360 backwards compatibility.

When I try to download my 360 profile it gets stuck at "downloading your game info" and the bar won't move any further. Eventually I will get error code 80072746.

I have tried clearning 360 profile in storage settings and using a wireless and wireless connection.

What else can I do to fix this? Thank you.

If the game you purchase on the Xbox 360 is backward compatible, list here https://www.xbox.com/en-gb/games/backward-compatibility?cat=xbox360 then yes, the game will show up in your library on the Xbox Series S, and you will be able to download it at no extra cost to you. If the game is not backward compatible, then no, it won't work on the Xbox Series S.

If you look at the list on the link I gave you, you will find that Eternal Sonata is not backward compatible, so the only way you can play the game is by using an Xbox 360.

Is TDU:2 Test Drive Unlimted 2? IF so, then the back compat website does not have it listed as Backward Compatible, so the game cannot be played on the Xbox One console or Series X|S. https://www.xbox.com/en-gb/games/backward-compatibility?cat=xbox360

You cannot download the game, as it is not backward compatible on the Xbox Series S. The only Conan that is, is Conan Exiles for the Xbox One.
