    Can't download Xbox360 Games on Live


    Hi,

    I have a problem where I can't download xbox 360 games on gold as it keeps asking me to supply a payment option, even though xbox already has a payment option and even if I remove it and add another the issue keeps coming back.

    I have contacted Xbox Customer Services who were less than helpful, the person actually told me to buy an xbox360 instead of trying to fix the issue, so my question is , does anyone have an answer how to solve this as buying an Xbox360 isn't really an answer
    ( plus I have old game consoles coming out of my ears so my wife wouldn't be thrilled if I bought another).

    Same thing happened to me. I still can't find my games. They're the downloadable games that come with the xbox360 . Any helpers left out there???? :)
