Can't download Xbox profile

I am having the same problem tried all the suggestions (deleting profile and clearing cache) and my xbox is wired up via cable ... I've reset my router all that sort of stuff ... internet is perfectly fine. its something on xbox/live side for definite.
I've retried opening Nat type and its open like its always has been. for some reason my profile has been deleted from console and I have to re download it but that fails and I get the 8015003 code. first time it happened was 2 days ago when it
started asking for E-MAIL and Password to log in but it kept failing ... and I definitely know those because I wont be writing this up.

but yeah if there are any moderators or staff you need to sort this quickly otherwords you'd have to deal with upset customers and lose them unless this is dealt with. longer it takes the more worse a reputation MS will get.

 

at least i know that i'm not alone on this problem. got the same issue on the 360. Usually error 80072746 and sometimes 80072EFE. I hope they do something about this soon

 

im getting 80072EFE now and I realised a mistake on my last post ... the profile deleted itself I didn't delete it.

 

they put new stuff in live status we will have an update in 30 minutes thats what it says i hope its done cause 3 days thats too much

 

and the metion the recovery problem.

 

am i having the same problem has anyone had any luck with they account if so please let me know how you fix it thank

I have the same problem , since wednesday 16th April - i download my profile it gets to around 60-70% then jumps back to 25% - then eventually gets back to 60-70% abefore kicking up the 80072efe error. Then if I press the game guide to get back to the dashboard
it shows in turn all friends which are online and beacons etc. I can still trade on Ultimate Team Web App on my laptop , I can still play online multiplayer match (uno friends) on my windows 8 nokia 920 . I would try to delete my profile but it is not showing
in storage. I have cleared the cache - i have pressed lb rb x lb rb x and deleted the last update , restarted system , download update. but still nothing. I have around 500 downloaded arcade games or games on demand and piles of DLC. quite a few thousand
pounds worth. and 8 years worth of game saves linked to my profile.

same here but on xbox one it works i can play and stuff but the point is that i pplay 360 and i cant play big BS all my friends have titan fall on 360 adn this sh$# happens just when i buy it
