Can't download Xbox LIVE Account onto Xbox 360

Every time I try to download my profile onto a new xbox 360 it tells me Sorry, Xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now. Try again later. 801540A9. Tried to create profile with Xbox Live and it keeps saying this account is being used.

Here are a few things you can try:



1. Double-check that you're using the correct email address and password for your Microsoft account. You can do this by signing in to your account on the Microsoft website (https://account.microsoft.com/).



2. If you've recently turned on two-factor authentication, make sure you're using an app password instead of your regular password to sign in to your Xbox 360. You can create a new app password by going to the Security settings page of your Microsoft account.



3. Try clearing the cache on your Xbox 360. To do this, go to the System Settings menu, select Storage, and then select Clear System Cache.

I managed to resolve the issue, turns out my gamertag was the issue so I simply changed my gamertag again and that managed to do the trick!
