Can't download Xbox game I bought on the Microsoft website

I bought Watchdogs Legion via the microsoft website for my xbox, I paid and I cannot download it on my xbox.

Is this a problem or does it just take a while to process?

In my experience, you should be able to download it as soon as you have completed the payment process...that's the way it's worked for me every time.

When you say you can't download it, are you getting an error message or is it not giving you an option?

I bought the game on my pc threw the Xbox store website and want to download it from the website to my Xbox that is at another house.

When i try to download it on the website it says there is an error

I bought and downloaded the game and the original Alice just came along. I can access through the menu.

But I can't find the clothes and weapons that are dlc... not even here in the xbox website... do you know if they all come with the game?

I can't download play anywhere titles. When I look on xbox game pass on microsoft store it just shows blank card. I tried downloading games like Sea of thieves throught microsoft website but it said that it isn't avaiable even tho my friend downloaded
it at the same time.

I have a credit card attached to my paypal account.

I believe the problem is not in the paypal account since I already bought some microsoft points on the marketplace's website. I can't buy microsoft points using the xbox, just the website. Is there a way that I can buy that promotional GOLD on the website?
