Can't download Xbox app using store - pending...

Hello,

I can't download Xbox app from store, it is pending forever... I downloaded app from website and installed it, but I couldn't login since login window showed briefly, flashed and then disappeared. So I uninstalled that and trying to download it through store... I tried to reset store in Windows Setting and even to reinstall it completely using this command:

I also tried sfc /scannow and it didn't find any corruption... Also clicking on update all, or download now didn't help, also tried store troubleshooter... Nothing helped! BTW I turned on metered connection, but my connection is unlimited, not sure if this could cause it! But I don't want to turn it off, because I don't want automatic updates!!!

Now I can't install it even using installer from microsoft website... Progress bar is stuck at 0%...

Now installed but xbox app is missing on the computer, even after restart in apps and features in modern Windows Settings! And afterwards it wanted open some file of prefix msgbox, or something using windows store, I clicked open, only windows store opened , but nothing happened...

SOLUTION: After everything , I tried to install it yet again, but setup frozen(I was very patient...) and after I closed setup, it didn't even close, was forced to kill it. It has 0% CPU usage, but there wasn't written that it wasn't responding weird... Funny everything from Microsoft is so bugged... Finally after 20 google links, logging off store and in helped. I wasn't logged previously, no idea why this was a problem.........................
