Can't download xbox 360 games with gold

I've been having problems with the xbox 360 games not letting me download them I have tried two different ways to download them via the xbox one games with gold and downloading them via the website both have comeback with "Sorry Your account is unable
to make this type of purchase on Xbox.com. Please complete this transaction from your Xbox." this is really getting on my nerves because I have missed so many games I would like to play. if there is anyway to fix this I would like to know thanks!

I can download Xbox one games with "Games with Gold" but i can't download 360 Game.

I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

 

If you're on a child account, you will havw to make the purchase from a 360 console. Otherwise, make sure you have a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase.
