Cant Download Xbox 360 games Server Error in '/' application

Anytime I try to buy 360 BC games it says Server Error in '/' Application then run time error below it then load of crap.

Tried on xbox one, pc and phone on different internet connections to buy splinter cell conviction on games for gold and Silent hill hd both come up with error. I have no restrictions, valid paypal on account and xbox live gold.

PLEASE HELP AND DO NOT TELL ME TO CALL SUPPORT FOR 4TH TIME

xbox 360 download queue is full

my xbox 360 download queue is stuck, i get Server Error in '/' Application and cant access the queue

if i want to add something it says it is full, if i try to list it on the web it shows asp.net errors..

The only solution to this issue I have seen is to sign online with your account in an xbox 360 (any xbox 360 will do)

After that you will not have issues with purchasing xbox 360 bc games from xbox one
