    Can't download xbox 360 games on xbox one


    Hi, i ihave a problem with my xbox one i had a trial for gold for 43 hours and i installed the two free games that were ryse: son of rome and the walking dead season 2. There was also a xbox 360 game assassin's creed revelations for free and i want it to
    but there was no install button. There was a see prize button and i pulled it and i wait 2 hours and nothing happens. Can you please help me

    You can't pre download games for the Xbox one because the Xbox one isn't out yet plus you can only play 360 games on 360 you can't play 360 games on the Xbox one an I'm not sure about your other question

    Trials don't change your account status to gold. You would need a full paid subscription to download the 360 games with gold. The One games work differently because they require gold in order to continue playing them for free.

    No, sorry, you can't play Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One, even if they are digitally downloaded. At this point in time the Xbox One isn't backwards compatible. The games are linked to your account but the Xbox One simply can't run Xbox 360 games.

    Where did the Xbox 360 games come from? Another Xbox 360?

    If they were downloaded via an Xbox One/Series console you can't play these games on an Xbox 360. Firstly the drive wouldn't be configured for an Xbox 360. Secondly, Xbox 360 games downloaded via an Xbox One or Series X|S are actually 360 games that have been converted to run on an Xbox One, they are no longer native Xbox 360 games.

    why can't xbox 360 games be downloaded onto the xbox one? can't be much different then what they have in the game library on the xbox one.

    and connection speed may play a part on my xbox one- just not on my xbox 360, pc, tablets, etc.
