Can't download xbox 360 games from xbox one and pc, even having a gold membership

From the US, Gold membership, and I can't even download this game, Thanks Xbox. :/

In Summary

• Both Xbox one and Xbox 360 games need to be download to play
• Xbox 360 - The Game with Gold games belong to you once you get it, you can continue to play them even when your gold membership expires
• Xbox One - You will require gold membership to play the games. Once your gold membership expires, you lose access to all your Game with Gold free games

Are you sharing a Gold membership from someone else? Gold memberships do not transfer from the Xbox One to Xbox 360 online play. In order to play BC games on the Xbox One you would still need to have your own Gold membership.

If you do have your own Gold membership then perhaps your account has been corrupted. Follow the instructions at the video link below to delete and redownload your gamertag from the BC menu.

I can't redownload my account when the BC 360 dashboard says can't connect to Xbox live. Also, yes gold share does apply to 360 games

I have read it but it's not applicable in my case. Quote from the guide:

"Note The first time you start an Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One, you’ll have to sign in and download your Xbox 360 profile".

That's my problem, the profile is not being downloaded, it specifies that it can't connect to Xbox Live, even though my Xbox One is connected since I have downloaded and installed games, added my 14 days trial of Live Gold etc.

Do I need Xbox Live Gold Membership in order to sign in to the Xbox360 profile (which I don't have) ?

Does the one month membership from a card count for the Games for Gold programme? I don't see the games as free even though I just loaded 1 month membership and there is no "trial" word in my membershipments on Xbox and on PC, but I have other gold functionalities
and a gold ribbon.
