    Can't Download Xbox 360 Game


    Hey there.

    I'm stuck home during quarantine, and found my 360 with a Kinect lying around. I set it up properly and signed into my dad's account, which had a few games purchased, one of them which included - Dance Central 3 (a Kinect game). I thought it would be great
    to get me back in shape. Unfortunately, when I try to download the game from my Download History, it shows as pending, and then goes from a 0% to a 100% within a fraction of a second and then says "Can't Download Dance Central 3". I go on to check on the game
    in the marketplace, and quite sadly, there's no option where you can purchase/download the game. (Download option shows usually when you have the game purchased.)

    So is there any way I can recover the game, or if not, get some compensation for the game into the relevant payment method used?

    You can't buy 360 games from the xbox one as they are separate marketplaces

    Only way to download 360 games is an 360 console.or the 360 Web marketplace

    No, sorry, you can't play Xbox 360 games on the Xbox One, even if they are digitally downloaded. At this point in time the Xbox One isn't backwards compatible. The games are linked to your account but the Xbox One simply can't run Xbox 360 games.

    You can't pre download games for the Xbox one because the Xbox one isn't out yet plus you can only play 360 games on 360 you can't play 360 games on the Xbox one an I'm not sure about your other question
