Cant download Xbox 360 free games to Xbox One

Hello everyone and thanks for reading this..

my problem is, that i cant download xbox 360 free gold games (backwards compatibility games) to my xbox one. I am using a xbox one store on console. I can download xbox one games but i cant for example download this month assassins creed III and its frustrating
bc i love assassins creed games..

I dont have xbox 360, i dont have child account, iam not under 18, i have credit card on my account (i bought from it on xbox one store without problem). My account is on family member on xbox one (dunno if this changing something), i live in Slovakia
(dunno too if it is important).

Really dont know what i should try. I tried to get my game from console xbox one, from different webs, xbox application, nothing helps... Only this pop up: "Sorry. Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

Please for love of god, help me with this, iam trying to solve this like 4 months, i missed great games, dont know what to do...

Can't download DeadSpace

i cant download any free 360 games on my xbox one all because i refuse to put my credit card info on my xbox one...why cant i just download it if its free?

 

Where is my Gold games got on Xbox One?

I have Gold subscription, and download free gold games on xbox one (one and 360)

But today I logon on 360 and cant find any available for download games.

Why? I was expecting get my 360 games. Is it possible?

 

Sorry to hear it. Is your gamertag set for Slovakia as well or a different country? If it's set for a different country then that is where your problem lies. In order to download a game your gamertag must mach the same region that you live in.
