Can't download update after Deluxe Edition Upgrade purchase

I just downloaded the Deluxe Edition Upgrade on Xbox Live for Dragon Age Inquisition and installed it. Now it says the game is uploading and in the process, an error message pops up saying "Installation stopped!" Then a message appears that states
"Make sure you are still connected. We found network problems when we tried to install this. Check your connection in Setting > Network > Test Network Connection, then try again. (0x80070079)

I've done the network test and it say its connected. Also ran the Detailed Network Test and everything is fine. I even uninstalled some games to make sure there was enough space available for the download. The game won't even launch because the update download
will not complete. Can someone please assist me in resolving this issue.

Need for Speed

If i bought the standard edition of the new need for speed on disk will i be able to purchase the deluxe upgrade for it?

Deluxe edition upgrade

I was not going to bother with this, with so many other releases this month, and it may be in the vault next year, plus Bioware are not the same people as before, but after playing the trial via EA access it is now a must buy for me.

There is a deluxe edition upgrade bundled with the standard edition. The description seems to imply that we can upgrade a standard edition to the deluxe edition after release day. If that is the case then I may buy the standard edition disc version, and
then get the DLC to upgrade it to the deluxe edition, although the upgrade on its own will probably be more than £10, probably be £20. Then if the game enters the vault next year or sometime, I can then sell the disc.

If the deluxe edition is only going to be available in this bundle, then I may get the digital deluxe edition

Although I wonder if it will be worth it, as may get alternative mounts, weapons, armour etc from playing the game, but not as cool. I have not come across any mounts to acquire yet in my couple of hours play.

Unfortunately, there is no way to upgrade the Standard Version of the game to the Deluxe Edition. You'll need to purchase the Deluxe edition as a standalone game.

You can play on September 1 if you purchase Deluxe Edition, or the deluxe upgrade to go with your game pass subscription

Everyone who does not purchase the deluxe can play on September 6

You don’t. Start your game and it will update to the 40th anniversary edition.

Then it didn't update properly then, because I did that first, and it downloaded and installed the update, and when I went back into the game, it still showed the 40th-anniversary edition for purchase when I clicked on that edition the only editions that didn't show for purchase were the ones included with Xbox game pass, on the 40th-anniversary edition it would not launch but showed the price to upgrade.

I exited the app, restarted my computer, and still showed the item for purchase, and no way to 'play' to be clear this is for Premium Deluxe edition I paid for once, the standard version did have a "play" button but the premium deluxe edition did not

So I am completely uninstalling MSFS 2020 and starting from scratch to see what happens.

if you did not purchase the Deluxe Edition or the pre-order upgrade, it won't work until tomorrow when early access ends
