Cant download Tomb Raider

So i wanted to download the newly announced Tomb raider as per the Games with gold program.Thing is,everytime i try to download it to my USB flash drive.It stops at around 25% and says "Cant download".I have tried clearing system cache many times but it
doesnt seem to work.Please help.Thanks in advance

tomb raider is a free game this month and when I try to download it just says cant download tomb raider

Cant wait for the new tomb raider and riptide

XBOX is aware of this issue; their is an XBOX LIVE Service alert that is effecting when people purchase stuff from the online game store as well as download content from XBOX as well. Many have complained but XBOX has not sent out a solution to this problem.

The service alert has been posted for about 3 days now and tomorrow begins the weekend, so not for sure yet mate but Monday is the beginning of the work week. We will see if their is any additional information by then man.

 

No servixe warnings but it had nothing to do with purchases or downloads

It had to do with previously purchzsrd games

Does your acocunt region match your actual region?

If not that would be why

Tombraider is region locked

Everything is alright on my end.

 

I had the same problem. I cleared system cache and nothing changed. Then I went into my storage, deleted the tomb raider that DID download. (it should have a yellow circle with an exclamation point). Then cleared system cache again (Just in case) and tried
to redownload it. And so far its working. its at 35% right now

I can't download Tomb Rider (in Italy) I can not get over 0% and then exits the window download, without giving an error message. I have 160GB free. Please help me. Thank you.

 

Ok guys.I took all your suggestions and checked everything and finally started the download.It got up to 65% i guess and I got that dreaded notification saying "Cant Download" for like the fifth time

Hope the situation improves.

 

I downloaded Tomb rider just fine today, but having problems with Red Dead Redemption still since the 2.3.2015, "Can't download".
