Cant download to my xbox one s

I have been on with xbox support all day, 4 hours 3 different tecs, just to have then end chat after the told me i need to have a friend on a xbox 360 download it so its in my list first ? what kind of support is that ? is that how things get fixed ?

I go to games for gold on my xbox one s and go to assassing creed there is no buy button . it state right on the market place page for the game available for the one. My brother has a xnox one and downloaded it find. how do i get my free game this month?
i pay for gold just for the games and now im not getting it on the system that you say its available for ?

Im trying to play skate 3 on my xbox one s and it says to download a account from a xbox 360 that i dont have.. now i cant play waste of 38 dollars

Im bringing my Xbox one s back from Canada and in need of a power brick. cant seem to find a xbox one s one

 

ok screw xbox support they have no clue. 5 sec with a xbox ambassador and he got it for me. got to xbox.com sign in, got to games for gold, download to 360, even though i don't own one. go to my xbox one s and look its in my ready to download list.

 

And that was after 4 hours on chat with your tec support !

I'm incredibly sorry to see the frustrations around Assassin's Creed: Revelations! We were aware of an issue where users weren't able to download the game on the console, however that has since been resolved.
