can't download to brother's xbox

Hello. I recently bought the digital version of the new South Park game, with the intention of both me and my brother being able to play it on both of our Xbox Ones. But I can't get either The Fractured But Whole, or the free Stick of Truth download to show
up under "Ready to Install" on his console. I've logged in and it's not there, and I've also tried making his console my home Xbox. What gives? He's let me play plenty of his games this way before. Any help would be appreciated.

Failure to Download Profile

I'm trying to download my brother's gamertag onto the family xbox so I can get it added to our family xbox live plan. However, when I try to download it, it says "Welcome (GamerTag)" then stops and says it can't download. What do I do?

 

Fable 2 Episodes won't let me install again.

I tried all of that yesterday and none of the downloads have a yellow exclamation point circle. Its just the Fable 2 Episodes that I can't download. And it's in my brother's download history. I even called up Xbox Customer Service. -.-

 

Sorry to hear it. If it's not listed in your ready to install list on your brother's console they try heading to the xbox store and finding the game there to install.

Make sure you sign in with the right account used in the "Family" group (used for content sharing). On the console where the game does not appear, verify through the Store that the game is available for download.
