"Can't download this item"...

Hi,

I just bought "Red Dead Redemption" on my 360 since there was an interesting sale. I'm able to start downloading the game but, around 80%, it stops, just stating "can't download this item" and no "error code" to be found. Does anyone know what the matter
is ? The only "support" I'm offered at the moment is posting here, so that's what I do...

(I have enough space left on my HDD and already "cleared the cache"...)

as the title says, i purchased a game from the marketplace today and when i download it it gets to 1% and says 'Can't download...' i can download everything else.

it is not my parental setings as everything is set to 'allowed'

i have also tried recovering my gamertag, resetting my router, and clearing my system cache but nothig seems to work.

i have 60 gig left on my xbox so i am not out of space

please help!

 

Usually that's the sign of a region issue. Does your account region match your physical location?

 

Yes, it does : I'm in France and my "account region" is correctly set.

 

I actually managed to contact Xbox support team. The matter is currently "examined". Thanks for your help, Smwutches.
