Can't download Thief

    I have a valid pre-paid Gold account why can't I download Thief, the current games with gold free game

    same problem here.

    When the game should start downloading, i get "can't download thief" message

    I can't download thief because everytime i try to download it, it ask me credit card number ecc but if i try download van helsing i can download it easily. Help me please!

    You're not the only one.... I can't download any Gold games at all (stuck at 0% installing), and no apps load, either.
