Cant download thief

Hi,

my Problem is that i cant download the game Thief what is currently a Game-with-gold... Everytime i start the download it doesnt go over 0 %. And after a few seconds it says "cant download". Or, because console Language is german: "Spiel kann nicht heruntergeladen
werden". I can download Demos without problems. So the Internet connection and the connection to Xbox live works. So where is the Problem? Anybody who could help? My Xbox live gold membership is active

Hi i cant load the xbox one up right now.but is thief in store ready to download?

am asking because i want to download Titanfall but need to know the rough time of them appearing in the store

Yes just make sure you dont change your security info or else you cant download on xbox.com for 30 days i just missed out on thief on 360 sense i dont have any friends with 360

But yes you can download both

It's not a region issue, I had the same exact problem and I'm from North America...have internet connection, have xbox gold membership, still can't DL

 

same here i get to 20 percent says can't download

 

Same here. Never had any problems with downloading with gold, but Thief just won't do it

 

Does anyone have a fix for this yet?

 

It happens if u have *** internet, I have 2mbps and it only downlpad through ethernet

 

I'm shocked that xbox support hasn't commented on this at all.

 

Lots of people seem to be having this problem, looks like an Xbox problem. Im surprised that they haven't noticed...

 

Lovetron it vould be a region issue

We arent talking about continent

With xbox live regions it is baaed on country

So if you are on an us foreign basr tbat does not count as the us but rhe hos country

Canada doesnt count as us

 

It could be unrelated to each other as not everyones serttings is the aame

First your account region must match your actual location

What is your connection type dsl or cable

If wireless hotspot those aee incompatible with most gaming services you need actual broadband

Also what is your speedtesst.net result

If you are exiting our of the download dont just focus on the download until it is complete

Is clean so if your region does match please make your own thread so we can tailor support baaed on your own situation

Fyi alot of people have issues downloading content but itsn 99% of thr time its not actually xbox fault

Its usually becauze of connection type or incorrect region becsuse they want to get content thst isnt meant for them

 

Hence why you cant base it on one persons situation because they could be completely differeemnt from yoy
