Can't download the Walking Dead: Season Two Episode 2

The new Walking Dead episode A House Divided was supposed to come out today. However I cannot find it in the marketplace or in the xbox website, and it doesn't allow me to download it in the menu proper despite showing me the option. I live in Colombia.
What am I supposed to do?

The walking dead season 2 episode 3 won't download.

Everytime I try to download the new episode of the walking dead season 2 (episode 3) I get this. Why can't I download this? I've never seen this before.

It looks like it still hasn't been added to the marketplace yet. You'll just need to keep checking throughout the day.

I can see it, I have this problem as well. I went to to the marketplace and it wasn't there, however I went into the game itself and it showed "a house divided" available now. So I go to download it and it comes of with overview, the game, and cancel. When
I hover over the game it has an inaccessible sign next to it and I can't do anything with it. Help?

 

I have this exact same problem as above. I live in Canada, and I have the season pass. Why wouldn't it be available to me?

 

I think there's going to be a release where everyone can download it at the same time

I read a couple articles also stating a March 5th release. I think that is accurate.

Same with me. I go to download in-game and when the guide window pops up it doesn't show me a confirmation purchase option. I go to browse games in xbla and episode 2 doesn't show up, only ep. 1 and season pass.

 

I have the option to download it in NZ but is says "Please read Terms of Use" which takes ages to scroll through and then it still won't let me download it. What the?!

 

I own the season pass, bought it immediately after completing the first episode.
