Can't download The Master Chief Collection from Microsoft Store or Xbox app.

Hi

I went to download Halo 2 on PC a few days ago and went I went to open the Master Chief Collection, it wouldn't open and I was instructed to re-install. I tried to do this but I am unable to and keep getting these error messages as seen in the images below.
Can anyone please advise? I have attached my PC details also if that helps. I have already followed all the possible solutions to both error codes but to no avail.

It's a part of the Master Chief Collection, as an add-on, so you'll need to install the Master Chief Collection and access it from there. It's not a stand-alone title.

Did you install via the Windows 10 Store or Steam or for Xbox?

Hi, the version of odst you purchased, was it the xbox one version for Halo the Master chief collection or the Xbox 360 version of the game? If it was the Master Chief collection version, then you need the master chief Collection installed on your Xbox
One to be able to download the game.

Halo 3 is part of Halo: The Master Chief Collection which consists of Halo 1 - 4.

Sorry to hear it. Please make sure that your PC is up to date with no pending updates and it may be best to make sure you've got the Xbox Companion App installed on the PC with the proper account logged in
